As I do most days, I went to visit with Ceci for lunch at daycare today. Her "teacher" had bought the "My Baby Can Read" set of DVDs, flashcards and books. As the DVD started Ceci threw her hands up in the air. This was followed by a girl on the screen telling everyone to raise their "hands" "up" in the air. Ceci was obviously not only a fan, but an addict. She followed everything the kids did on the TV, pointing at her eyes, clapping her hands. I watched in amazement at all she had learned. Ok, so she's an avid mimmicker, but she was the only one in her class doing it. I was a proud momma. Now if I could only get her to walk.
