We made it to our six month check up today. Ceci weighed in at 17 pounds 3 ounces and her length is 27 inches. She's finally grown into her head. When she was born her head circumference was in the 95th percentile while her height and weight were at the 50th. Her stats are all around the 75th percentile now. For those without children, parents can get quite OCD about the development of their children. "Is our child developing quickly enough (too quickly)?" My niece Sarah, born shortly after our wedding, is a little peanut and was always at the left end of the spectrum, in the lower percentiles. Being at the far right of the spectrum her cousin Ceci has already caught up to her in height and weight. I guess that means no more hand-me-downs. By this time next year we'll be handing down to Sarah.
