My MIL and I agree, Ceci is looking more like a toddler these days than a baby. Yesterday Ceci weighed in at 19.4 pounds. We're scheduling a ceremonial changing of the car seats soon. I swear she's saying "mama". I have the video to prove it. And today she started feeding herself. I bribed her with those fruit puffs - which are nothing but sugar and sure to attract any infant with taste buds. But hey, it worked.
