Ceci and I ran to Wal-mart last night at 7:00 to pick up a few things. We were both tired and cranky. Ceci can now chew gum and she gets gumballs, with her own quarters, every time we go to the store. We finished shopping and we're headed out to the car when we stopped to execute the gumball plan. Now, mind you every time Ceci cranks the knob she wants a big pink gumball. I figure her chances are 1:5. She puts the first quarter in and gets a yellow gumball. Disappointment sets in. She puts her second quarter in and like a gambler at a craps table she wishes for pink then turns the knob. One click.... two clicks.... three clicks... and without missing a beat, "It's green, damn it."
Who's going to claim that one?
