Purple Bus?

Conversation on way to school this morning;
Ceci suddenly bursts into tears, "where's the purple bus?"
"What purple bus, honey?"
"THE PURPLE BUS!"
"Honey, I don't know about a purple bus, what purple bus?"
"T-h-e  P-u-r-p-l-e  B-u-u-u-u-s-s", still crying.
"You mean the school bus you see at school?"
"N-n-n-o-o-o, the PURPLE bus."
"I don't know what the purple bus is, Ceci."
(Silence)
Ceci stating matter-of-factly, "Oh, Santa will bring it to me?"
"Yes, Ceci, Santa may bring you the purple bus" mommy replies, relieved the tantrum has stopped and making a mental note to add purple school bus to the Christmas shopping list.
(Moment of silence)
Smiling and triumphant, "yeah, and I can ride in the purple bus."
